Digital Brand Manager - Skin Care/Cosmetics

- Works closely with the Sales team and other functions supporting in the deployment of the plans.

- Work to develop and execute the marketing plan.

- Ensure the development of the right Marketing mix.

- Works with the marketing team to develop and execute the communication on digital media to drives sales and build brand equity.

- Develop the digital platform as a key tool in building brand awareness and drive sales

- Effectively lead the development and creation of all content and communication along with the digital and other agencies

- Periodically review the progress of all marketing initiatives and activities

- Analyze data to understand consumer trends and incorporate the same in the communication strategy.

- Track and analyze the marketing spends.

- Ensure healthy ROI on the spends.
