Digital Analytics Role - Financial Service Firm

Opportunity into Digital Analytics!

- 10+ years of relevant digital analytics and measurement experience with key focus on Onsite Search and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

- Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms

- Strong understanding of how to improve onsite search results, how to evaluate the impact that onsite search brings to a business, how do we optimize and measure the channel

- Specific experience with digital analytics, including hands-on experience with key tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Audience Manager, (or other tools like them)

- Outstanding consultative, critical thinking, analytical and communication skills with ability to operate strategically and build effective stakeholder partnerships

- Proficiency with designing experiments for optimizing onsite search

This role will be responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of onsite search experience as well as external search sites. You will partner with marketing business stakeholders, the media agency, and technology to design and measure experiments, report on key metrics to demonstrate how Search is driving customer and business value, and create executive level presentations that help stakeholders understand effectiveness of this lever and what can be done to improve results.

- You have the knowledge and expertise to partner with business stakeholders to optimize existing marketing strategies and uncover new opportunities to improve the value that marketing drives for the business

- You have deep knowledge of Search Optimization and performance measurement of search functionalities; and,are aware of the latest industry trends and use cases.

- You have a strong understanding of best practices in testing, targeting, and optimization

- You have a strong working knowledge of BI/reporting tools, web analytics tools and CRM solutions

- You are proficient with some programming / database querying tools (R, Python, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (Qlik, Tableau, etc.)
