ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Role will be responsible for setting up & managing the data & MIS reporting for the digital banking team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Setting up the data reporting process for the department and coordinating with multiple stakeholders/vendors to aid the business teams to track & monitor business performance

- Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

- Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems

- Address and solve complex business issues using large amounts of data

- Use SQL to extract data by creating and optimizing queries to derive actionable insights for product / process improvement

- Publishing & analyzing regular MIS reports on usage, adoption, cross-sell & up-sell KPIs and providing critical insights on business performance

- Co-ordinate with multiple teams across the bank and assist in regulatory reporting & channel audit requirements

CRITERIA ELIGIBILITY:

- Strong problem solving ability: candidate needs to exhibit structured thinking, strong analytical skills and should have the ability to turn data into actions

- Strong in Data Analytics: Candidate should be proficient in MS Excel, SQL (basic knowledge in R, Tableau will be an added advantage)

- Highly Action Oriented: Individual should have a strong bias for action & speed of implementation. He/she will need to own projects from conceptualization to execution

- Strong communication & presentation skills
