- 3 to 5 years of experience with Adobe Analytics OR Google Analytics is a must. Knowledge of other analytical tools like Alteryx, SAS, R, Python is an added advantage
- Setup, implementation and measurement of digital marketing initiatives. Track, monitor and analyze the key metrics for assessing a campaign's performance across customer segments and channels
- Deliver regular reports on campaign performance, using web analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and evaluation of KPIs
- Ability to pull data from different databases, data warehousing (understanding of relational databases, data modeling, data structures and architecture).
- Advanced SQL knowledge (using iterative functions, methods of tuning SQL code, etc.) and database in a business environment with large scale complex data sets
- Experience of creation of dashboards using tools like Tableau, Qlikview, Spotfire etc. is an added benefit
- Development of complex reports to generate meaningful insights
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills (including ability to effectively use business tools such as Excel/Access, Tableau, SQL, SSAS-type tools, etc.) and an ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple competing priorities; ability to work independently and navigate through ambiguous requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with creative, business and technical teams.
