Required Skills: MBA/ Msc. Statistics/ Economics/ Bachelor's degree in engineering from Tier 1 with exp of 1-3 yrs with good knowledge of SAS.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Developing, enhancing and maintaining targeting segmentation frameworks for profitable customer acquisition.

- Utilize Web Analytics tools to track and optimize the performance of digital assets – PC Website, Mobile site, Micro sites

- Create & execute appropriate test designs (A/B testing, multivariate) to assess marketing initiatives

- Develop solutions that mine complex digital behavioral data and transform it into actionable information

- Evaluating effectiveness of social media and exploring new ways of reaching out to new prospects through the medium

- Responsible for developing, innovating and integrating information driven marketing capabilities
