Job Description :
- This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the team that develops foundation capabilities enabling enhanced analytics and measurement, critical to shaping global digital adoption and experience strategies.
- The incumbent will be part of the Digital (Web) Analytics & Insights team and will report to the Manager in charge of Web Analytics.
- He/she will be an individual contributor working on Digital Data platform & creating highly robust big data infrastructure to support analytics and business intelligence using available tools.
- These analysis, BI reports and data will be used for understanding and effectively measuring the value of digital channel.
Job Responsibilities :
- Recommending the most relevant products/services based on preferences, location, time, click-stream data, and social media data
- Develop solutions leveraging social media analytics, clickstream analytics, optimized paid search and/or search engine optimization
- Manage multiple complete web analytics programs to include dashboard, scorecard development, ongoing reporting, site testing and optimization
- Analyse digital marketing data to identify trends and Perform search optimizing analytics, Data Crunching, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, Regression analysis
- Deal with multiple structured & unstructured data along with massive clickstream data and finally design data structures on hadoop for quick business consumption
- Analyse social media data, sematic analysis on the basis of review, feedback, comment etc. on social platform through their APIs.
Requirements/Skill sets :
Must-have technical skills
- Very strong experience in digital channel optimization of website, mobile apps to the purpose on lead generation, orders etc.
- Web Analytics Certified Professional with certifications in leading Industry tools like Omniture, Google analytics, Click Tracks, Web Trends, core metrics
- Hands on experience of Adobe analytics & campaign management tool
- Knowledge of Social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Google etc.) and their APIs preferred
- Experience in developing algorithms for personalization, search engine optimization
- Experience of handling clickstream data with hadoop
- Mine complex digital behavioural data and transform it into actionable information
Integrate traditional structured data with unstructured data from web and social media
Must-have soft skills :
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good interpersonal, problem solving, reasoning and analytical skills
- Ability of depicting the results of a statistical analysis in an easy-to-understand manner
Good-to-have skills :
- Data/Solution design & implementation according to best practices (SQL and NOSQL)
