Digital Ad Sales


The role will be responsible for driving digital revenue generation objectives through brands and agencies across Corporate brands in the Northern region. This role requires the incumbent to develop and strengthen relationships with key decision makers to ensure

revenue through the companies inventory and innovative corporate solutions.

Key Accountabilities

Individual Accountabilities:

- Leading revenue generation through selling of digital inventory and creative content solutions

- Conceptualize digital sales strategies and solutions to address client challenges and close annual deals

- Pitch, close and manage deals with major brand advertisers for North Agency and partner with brand's media and creative agencies to ensure synergies, collaboration and trust

- Proven and consistent track record of executing through an aggressive growth strategy and contributing to client revenue growth rates above expectations

Customer Engagement:

- Engage with clients to understand their business challenges and requirements and position the organization as a strategic partner by offering range of solutions available and the cost benefits

- Position the organization as a strategic partner to clients by offering solutions spanning across business products, platforms and markets ensuring higher share of marketing spends

- Establish a thorough understanding of customer's business landscape to identify potential opportunities

- Leverage data to deliver value for customers across the customer journey - compelling pitch narratives and supporting customer campaigns post-sale

Revenue Growth and Management:

- Forecast revenue objectives through proper account management and ensure a healthy funnel for the business at any point of time

- Identify market opportunities for strategic areas of growth/key brands resulting in additional revenue

Key Shared Accountabilities:

- Work closely with team leads, sales head and brand solution teams in leveraging organization's digital content across platforms and markets to pitch business solutions to clients.

Educational Qualification:

Essential: Bachelor's/PG degree

Desirable: MBA from a reputed B-school
