Existing Digio platform can be used for end to end journeys including Digital Signing, Digital Documentation ( eg - Agreements, Dynamic Forms, eStamping etc), Digital onboarding with eKYC (eg - Video KYC, DigiLocker, ID card OCR with Verification APIs, Face Match etc.), eNACH and UPI for recurring payments, and Account Aggrigator (Financial information sharing platform). To achieve the same Digio works with multiple government agencies and regulators like RBI, SEBI, CERSAI, Meity, NPCI etc.

Digio provides APIs and SDKs to enable any web or mobile based product to opt Digital journeys built over IndiaStack and Deep Tech (AI/ML) and serves Millions of transactions everyday on the platform. Digio is the market leader in India for Digital onboarding and has played a key role so far in enabling Digital Transformation in India by empowering a large part of the Indian eco-system, specifically the Fintech sector of India. Job Description-

Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: 50%

- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients.

- Understand clients' business objectives and challenges to provide strategic solutions.

- Serve as the main point of contact and address client concerns effectively.

- Develop and implement account plans aligned with overall business goals.

- Identify growth opportunities within key accounts and devise strategies to capitalize on them.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute account strategies effectively.

Revenue Maximization: 40%

- Achieve sales targets and revenue goals within assigned key accounts.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to optimize revenue and profitability.

- Proactively address issues and concerns, working to resolve them in a timely manner.

- Gather client feedback and communicate insights to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Collaboration and Communication: 10%

- Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.

- Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, both internally and externally.

- Provide regular updates on account status, forecasts, and market trends.

- Pilot new product launches along with product team with existing clients

You are :

- a person who is analytical and articulate with excellent written and spoken skills.

- a person who builds, values and nurtures relationships

- a proven track record of 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role / domain.
