Assistant Manager - HR & Administration - Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment process - Conducting employee onboarding and helping plan training & development - Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form - Maintain and regularly update the company Organizational Chart - Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise - Undertake tasks around performance management and employee benefits - Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies - Enhance employee job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and organizing team-building activities - Ensure compliance with labour regulations of employee PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Profession Tax, minimum wages, etc. - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of complete ISO 9001 procedures pertaining to HR.
