About the Role

As the Vice President of Business & Strategy at Digidarts, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving the financial success, client satisfaction, and overall strategic growth of the organization. This multifaceted role encompasses P&L management, client strategy development, team leadership, client delivery, client performance optimization, and training and development initiatives.

This role will directly report to COO

What You'll Do

- You will play a pivotal role in driving the financial success of the organization through effective P&L management. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and optimizing the company's financial performance, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance overall profitability. A key aspect of your role will involve developing and executing client strategies to ensure the satisfaction and success of our diverse portfolio. This includes cultivating strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and aligning our services to deliver exceptional value.

- In addition to strategic client engagement, you will be tasked with leading and inspiring a high-performing team. Your role encompasses not only the management of this team but also the responsibility for ensuring the successful delivery of client projects. This involves fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, setting clear performance expectations, and providing guidance to ensure the team meets and exceeds client expectations.

- Client performance will be a central focus of your role, requiring a keen understanding of key performance indicators, market trends, and competitive landscapes. You will be expected to continuously evaluate and enhance client satisfaction, ensuring that our services evolve to meet changing needs and expectations. Your strategic mindset will be crucial in driving the development of new business opportunities and maintaining long-term partnerships.
