Assistant Media Manager (Work from Office)
- We are seeking an experienced Assistant Media Manager personnel to join our team & drive performance for our key accounts.
- The ideal candidate will lead the planning, campaign management, reporting and analysis for all Paid Digital Campaigns.
- The candidate should be able to identify and implement strategies for increasing conversions through different paid marketing channels.
- Should have a good hand in managing multiple accounts and proven deliverables as required.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Campaign Management & Performance:
- Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads and other media platforms for a variety of clients.
- Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score and other important account metrics.
- Coordinate with the copywriters & graphic designers to provide creative copy suggestions and graphical ad templates.
- Manage Display network placement lists on Google Ads and through other contextual advertising/native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain).
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies to achieve clients targets like ROAS, CAC & CPL
- Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
- Coordinate with the growth team to provide media account audits of prospects and create media plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with the account management team to create monthly media plans and reports for smoother client management.
2. Attribution & Reporting:
- Identify gaps within the client-agency process and solve them to retain the client.
- Collaborate with media managers to achieve better results.
- Closely work with the Growth team to upsell our services to our clients.
- Constantly gathering feedback from the client and discussing internally to conclude what new services we can offer.
3. Team Management & Training:
- Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them.
- Recruit account managers, set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
Requirements :
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in an agency or brand-side.
- Working knowledge of digital marketing concepts tools & trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Superb leadership ability.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Sheets.
- Prior digital marketing agency experience will be preferred.
