Digicare - Program Manager - On Demand Repairs

This is a new vertical being built at QDIGI. Our company has an experience of delivering satisfaction to about 2 million customers every year. Leveraging on this experience, we are foraying into a new domain of providing on demand repairs for customers.

Key points :

1. This role is a startup role in an established organization

2. There would be many unstructured problems that need to be structured and systematic solutions have to designed

3. Strong digital mindset is required as the key interfacing point is going to be digital

4. Architecting an MVP and delivering it in the market

5. Strong unit economics orientation

6. Program management capabilities

7. The role would entail responsibilities of : MVP product development along with the IT team, Network development with operations team, customer delivery operations coordination with operations team, Service delivery standards management, new product introduction and new markets expansion.
