This role is a part of the extended warranty vertical our business. This role entails delivering a great claims experience for the customers who have bought policies offered by us. It involves logistics, process flow management and coordination with multiple service providers. This role is expected to manage a growing volume (10X growth in next 1 year).
1. Handling a monthly claims volume of 7-10K
2. Building and managing the team to deliver on this
2.a. Management team for the handling of claims
2.b. Contact team to interact with the different agencies
3. Cost management and reduction ideas
4. Delivery and TAT in timely manner
5. Driving usage of of IT systems
6. Innovative approaches to resolve claims
7. Multi category repair operations
