Assistant Product Manager Roles and Responsibilities: - Work alongside the product manager to translate user needs into requirements and document the same. - Communicate with Sales & Business teams on new product feature rollouts and establish channels for collecting product feedback - Collate feedback to create backlogs and participate in backlog refinement and prioritization with the product manager. - Support the product manager in answering product questions, troubleshooting bugs, and working on enhancement requests. - Understand the bigger picture and overall product strategy- Develop a deep understanding of customers and their workflows. - Assist in Plan and prioritize product features / story for development Desired skills, abilities, and qualities: - 1-2 years of experience as Product manager / or 3+ years of exp as business Analyst - Experience working closely with Agile development teams - Good Knowledge on Software Development Life Cycle - Excellent communicator skills written and verbal - Prior experience of working on PM tools like Jira and Confluence - Experience with web analytics tools (such as GA) and front end BI tools/data visualization tools (e.g. Metabase/Power BI/Tableau) - Strong understanding of effective report/dashboard design and standards - Strong familiarity with data preparation, processing, classification, and presentation Location and Compensation: - Ahmedabad - Compensation at par with industry standards Company Details : www.tatvacare.in
