Chief of Staff Your primary role is to make time, information, and decision-making more effective. You will address each challenge that comes your way creatively and with tenacity. In exchange, you'll get front-row seats when a firm grows from 0 to 1. You'll report directly to the CEO, You'll get to wear several hats, including business strategy, fundraising, business operations, marketing, sales, recruiting, and product development, among others. We're going to divide and conquer. Your work is majorly focused around the following : Special Projects : An extra set of hands to help with strategic priorities on anything from Product to Growth Company Strategy : A strategic advisor and confidant Business Operations : An organiser to help manage a picture of the priories, projects, decisions, and actions that should be in the brain space of the CEO Responsibilities : - Acts as a strategic advisor to the Founder and senior management team, helping them identify priorities, strategically align their time with these priorities, and revisit these regularly to assess progress. - Ensure focus on strategic initiatives of the organization so that they are not lost on urgent and daily transactions. Drive time management for the Founder around these areas of focus. - Act as an Accountability partner to the Founder to ensure all commitments are met in time. - Act as a key thought partner, brainstorming & identifying solutions to challenges. - Acts as the liaison between Founder and other executives, clients, and stakeholders to ensure consistent communication and ensuring involvement or decision-making at the proper time. - Participates with the Founder and senior management team in strategic planning, policy development, and decision-making. Qualifications : - 3+ years of professional management consulting experience - Master's degree in Business Administration or a similar field - Worked in fast growing tech startups with consulting background in Bain & Co, McKinsey or BCG will be an advantage - Excellent communicator in written and verbal form - Extremely versatile and dedicated to efficient productivity - Experience in planning and leading strategic initiatives - If you share our enthusiasm for space and technology that allow us to explore the unknown, we highly encourage you to apply for this role.
