POSITION SUMMARY :

Primary responsibility will be to Analyze, strategize and initiate new ideas related to revenue and cost for various projects and line of business.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :

Reports to the Director Managed Services Business

This position works closely with :

Line of Business: Sales, Service, Managed Services Vendor Management and Business Management teams, SCM.

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

Work closely with Business Heads and Senior Management to carry out revenue and cost related Projects

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

- General management of key company initiatives - managing all aspects including operations, project management, business analysis, etc.

- Build analytical models to address different business situations - like cash forecasting, transaction forecasting, etc.

- Deriving business intelligence from internal and external sources and identifying new relevant data metrics to assess business performance

- Overall analytical support, including financial analysis and model development; valuation analysis, industry research and preparation of various presentations and documents including white papers, management presentations, and new business scenarios/proposal development

- Working in partnership with the internal teams and support functions to identify trends, characteristics & issues.

JOB & REQUIREMENT :

- 10+ yrs. Of experience with MBA / Post Graduate Diploma in Business Finance role, from Top Tier Institute

- Business Financial Analysis- Revenue and Cost

- Drive New Initiatives- Increase Revenue and reduce Cost

- Manage Dashboards and Presentations

- Strategic initiatives and Project Management skills

- Cross-Functional skills- driving and managing the significant big cost items.

- Working with Finance on monthly P&L dashboards and Management dashboards.

- Excellent, written oral communication skills, presentation, team management, relationship building skills & ability to operate independently.

- Strong business acumen.

- Subscribe to good value system and business ethics

- Should be a Team Player and can work across functions

- Should have analytical skills to access the Business
