POSITION SUMMARY :

- Responsible for the Accounts falling under TIS for the region. Responsible for Project and customer relationship, Account Receivable together.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :


- Reports to National Manager - Operation

- This position works closely with : National Manager - Operation

As mentioned above wide range of responsibility for account manager in terms of customer and company point of view hence need to re-organize the responsibility of account manager for effective customer relationship.

Additionally, the following external relationships will be required of this position :

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY :


- Responsible for the Accounts falling under TIS project implementation for the Region, team Management role.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :


1) Lead and guide the Team of TIS - Coordinators / Territory Managers in respective regions

2) Train/motivate & develop TIS personnel to meet their goals/objectives/ targets as defined by the Company.

3) Review the performance of TIS Coordinators / Territory Manager - TIS and keep management apprised about the same.

4) Ensure proper implementation of company policies and norms.

5) Build relationship with business associates/ partners (i.e clients and vendors) at regional/ zonal level to ensure smooth execution of work viz. approval, site verification and payment.

6) Source potential vendor/ contractor for site preparation works in various areas.

7) Responsible for resolution and escalation of all site related issues with banks, architects/ vendors and interoffice.

8) Ensure timely resolution of quality issues, preventing any dissatisfaction with Customers.

9) Review performance of subcontractors and resolve all their issues.

10) Weekly review of sites progress with executives and architects and inform management and client/ customer.

11) Provide necessary support to Sales Team for Projection and achievement of a) Revenue Forecast I) monthly ii) Quarterly

12) Gather information about the prevailing source prices from Contractors and Vendors, applicable for each configuration in accounts for TIS works.

13) Design TIS Manual for each account where ever the respective HO of the bank is based.

14) Provide all necessary assistance to the Installation coordinator of the region to ensure earliest installation of machines by getting the required TIS work and equipment delivered at site in the requisite timelines.

15) AR management for the entire region/Regional based account.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES :


Will be involved in:

- Ensure AR and payment follow-up

- Maintain Project MIS and Reports for customers

- Costing & estimations for the project implementation process

- Third party Vendors management, development, follow-up and coordination for on time delivery of Project or SLA meet.

- Coordination and follow-up with TIS team across region for sites implementations and executions.

JOB & REQUIREMENT :


- Graduate - MBA / Post graduate in Civil / Operations

- Experience of min 7 + yrs exp.,Need good knowledge of monitoring and managing Project for start to end.

- Assure to carry out in accordance with company national and international safety and environmental legalization and in line with company policy and procedures.

- Able to analyze the tasks assigned and accountable for timely completion of project by making optimal utilization of resources in a cost effective way.

- Able to Led efforts across completing project on time by handling and maintaining effective and strong Coordination between Bank and company.

- Need good in MIS for summarize weekly reporting regarding developments of the projects

- Need to know about the Account receivable and SLA for Coordinating and interacting with accounts department regarding AR review and conducting follow-up for company's payment from Banks to maintain capital flow of company.

- Able to Formulated operational strategies for ensuring quality of materials and work by carrying out long term and short term quality planning in line with the organizational requirements, ensuring proper facilities across the units and projects for smooth operations.

- Able to Adept at developing, managing and monitoring site and the performance of multi-skilled work force; successfully managed and implemented work of the project within stipulated time & budget frame while ensuring adherence to approved designs and drawings.

- Able to materials management also take corrective measures wherever appropriate.

- Need spearhead efforts across handling, preparing, verifying and certifying various bill of sites, bills of sub contractor and bills of vendors.
