Diebold Nixdorf - Manager - Business Finance

- Primary responsibility will be to ensure all the business related functions such as Pricing, P&L, Revenue Forecasting, budgeting, are done correctly for specific business verticals.

- This position will operate out of corporate office in Mumbai and report into the General Manager-Finance.

Essential Functions :

- To calculate and advice management for correct pricing

- To ensure the Revenue accounting is accurate

- Ensure the costs allocated to the vertical are correct

- Work on reducing the costs and improve on profitability

- Work on improving the process which would have a positive impact on business

- Coordinate with all the internal department to ensure smooth functioning

- Give insights to the top management on performance, areas of improvement

- Prepare and share all the MIS & Dashboards on business performance on regular basis

- Find key levers which drive the revenue for business and ensure its functioning

- Implement new processes to enhance productivity of the business vertical .

Requirement : Sound knowledge of the overall banking environment and applicable regulations; Exposure to all aspect of Management Accounting in general & Corporate Banking Business Unit control function in particular like Budgeting/Forecasting, Performance measurement etc. Experience on Business Processes with strong Finance acumen. Good understanding of Operations Management to oversee movement of revenue & profitability for all projects & services.
