Diebold Nixdorf - Financial Analyst

Diebold Nixdorf, a leading MNC, in the sector of ATM manufacturing, sale and related services; Electronic & Physical security products; software and related services is currently looking for Financial Analyst for Mumbai location.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Studying the RFP/tenders in details and raising clarification questions with the customer

- Pricing and commercial modeling for Competitive RFPs from Public Sector Undertaking Banks, Private Banks, White Label ATM operators, ISO Partners and Channel Partners for India

- Reviewing deal P&L, ensuring cost inputs are correct in order to arrive at correct Target price & GM

- Introducing financial models to assess the financial and commercial viability of new business opportunities after understanding revenue & cost assumptions, market Analysis & Benchmarking with key competitors

- Co-ordinate with Business Head, regional/global offices for timely approval of prices and ensuring proper adherence to DOA and documentation

- Role Covers Entire Gamut of Solution & Services Pricing which includes Hardware, Software, Professional Services, AMC and Managed Services either as a combined solution pricing or individual pricing as the opportunity may require

- Advising the Sales team on best practices and devise best commercials to achieve taking profitable business from the tough market conditions. This involves competition price analysis and normalization of bids and stepwise brainstorming on commercials

- Conducting Deal Reviews with Local/Regional teams and approvals and finalizing commercials to be proposed to customers for various opportunities

- Maintaining Bid Log for periodic reporting of opportunities worked during a quarter for reporting to senior management in pricing

- Working with Local Plant and Services teams for periodic reviews in costs and processes to keep most accurate assumptions on Costs in order to achieve the ultimate goal of most competitive pricing

- Discuss pricing in comparison with standard and estimated costs

- Gather, model, analyze, prepare and summarize information for company's forecast on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

- Actively participate in Annual Budgeting & Strategic planning process and compile for reporting/review

- Ensures effective understanding, analysis, and reporting of key metrics such as price, cost, inflation and coordinate related activities.

- Work with Business Teams to monitor opportunities & risks.

- Other ad hoc reporting / MIS as required.

JOB & REQUIREMENT :

- CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) with 4+ Year experience

- Good Communication Skills
