Diebold Nixdorf, a leading MNC, in the sector of ATM manufacturing, sale and related services; Electronic & Physical security products; software and related services is currently looking to hire Director_Sales for Mumbai location.

POSITION SUMMARY

Primary responsibility will be to drive the Sales within India to achieve and exceed the Area's strategic revenue and profit objectives for the ATM and related services -

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS

- Reports to the Managing Director & VP-Ops, APAC

- Responsible for directly managing Sales in India

- This position works closely with All other functional Directors -

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY

Overall responsibility for P& L Sales functions in India.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Lead and develop the Sales team of Diebold Nixdorf India to achieve higher market share and profitable growth.

- Responsible for revenue and margins for all sales in the allocated accounts.

- Will drive the growth, performance, and profitability of this company and will be responsible for evaluating, prioritizing and implementing multiple growth opportunities

- This individual create the platform for growth and help develop the internal processes and procedures to efficiently scale the business

- The successful candidate will have full functional responsibility and be directly responsible for driving sustainable, long-term growth in revenues and profits for the ATM and related services Lead Company's sales to maximize sales revenues and meet corporate objectives, helping guide and expand the success of the company.

- Lead the development of the company's strategy and operate as a visionary in exploring new markets and growth opportunities Serve as the internal and external leader for the organization, continuing the establishment of a strong position for the company and its offerings in the marketplace.

- Develop and manage internal processes and functions to support the Company's goals and strategies Develop and create new accounts and business opportunities within the region.

- Develop and sustain high-level customer relationships. Lead / Guide the Sales team in a closure of deals with the customers Understand and anticipate customer needs and customize solutions based on their requirements.

- Manage the tender bidding process and ensure deal closure.

- Service Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction.

- Drive the Revenue Target Solution Oriented approach to understand customer issues and handling them effectively to have greater customer satisfaction

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Will be involved in: -

Planning with the manufacturing plant for the sales planning and forecasting

JOB & REQUIREMENT-

- BE / MBA from a reputed institute with minimum 15 years experience in technology-oriented Sales Excellent, written oral communication skills, presentation, negotiation, team management, relationship building skills & ability to operate and handle the large team.

- Good understanding of tendering process and RFP in banking domain.

- Highly motivated self-starter Good networking skills with Senior Management of target customers. Result Oriented with track record of achievements

- Exposure to managing business in large accounts independently Delivery oriented and can work under pressures will be a link between a customer and the execution teams.

- Strong business acumen. Subscribe to good value system and business ethics
