We are currently looking to hire an energetic candidate for the post of Channel Manager-Retail for Mumbai Location.

POSITION SUMMARY : The Channel Manager will be responsible to add and manage qualified channel partners for DN's Retail HW product portfolio consisting of World Class POS Systems and related peripherals like Cash Drawer, Printers, Customer Display etc. The Channel Manager will be responsible for driving strategies to expand channel business in India. A prior background in Retail HW sales via Channel will be most suitable for the role

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS :- Reports to - Country Head for Retail

SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY :

- Recruit new partner to expand channel coverage according to the sales strategy in the territory.

- Coordinate with DN HW team in the Region/Country and leverage partner resources to meet the channel sales targets.

- Empower partner's product solution and service fulfillment capacity to enhance customer's relationships and satisfaction.

-Practicing devising Co-Marketing actives with partners to generate leads, enlarge pipeline and drive sellout.

-Execute partner programs and promotion activities in the territory in a result driven manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : - Responsible for Engaging and Following compliance process to adding a new partners in the DN Retail HW eco system to provide coverage of whole country.

-To negotiate price with the new partners after approval from RHQ/Country Manager.

-To work with the Supply Chain to ensure delivery of the HW as per decided schedule to ensure that the SLA for deliveries are met.

-To manage partner numbers as per the commit.

-To manage payments against the deliveries from these partners. Work closely with RHQ Product team to ensure market information is being share in timely manner and recommend any new product that might be required to be launched as per the market trend.

JOB & REQUIREMENT :

- BE/ BTech / MBA from reputed institute.

- 8-12 years of working experience in the field of Channel Sales of HW (Retail background is prefferd).

- Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with cross-functional teams & seniors. Commitment to outstanding performance.

- Ability to equilibrate priorities and organize work effectively to meet deadlines
