- Experience in handling all tech/dialer related issues/ developments and enhancements. - Analysis of dialer data to identify potential problems/issues. - Responsible for managing the settings/ idle time on ground to ensure that call centre managers can focus on driving productivity/ higher leads. - Monitor call flows. - Running payment report regularly. - Create and update dialling campaigns, filter, list strategies and reports. - Monitor and adjust performance of dialer systems and team members. - Be the co-ordination point for giving all the feedback on campaigns efficacy to the campaign management team.
