Senior Manager Learning & Development and Inclusion & Diversity

Top Accountabilities :

Learning & Development :

- In consultation with the functional LT and HRBPs will understand the specific challenges of capability development and align all learning activities with the business strategy strengthening people capabilities to meet current & future business challenges

- Leveraging the functional subject matter expertise to build the right capabilities and support other talent management initiatives activities across the organization

- Responsible for continuous capability development focusing on advanced learning technologies on line tools, contents and systems developing a strong learning culture

- Source and deploy internal and external resources to ensure leadership assessment & development solutions are impactful, timely, cost effective and in accordance with the learning objectives

- Is the custodian to manage end to end delivery of Diageo signature programs ensuring that delivery standards and governance are met

- Develop and roll-out frameworks to capture development plans for all employees

- Work closely with Diageo Leadership Development team to co-create, refine, and cascade relevant leadership assessment & development interventions for India Market

- Coach/influence and roll out managerial effectiveness initiatives and communication programs to continuously re-enforce leadership demonstration

- Conceptualize and anchor relationship-based learning models like executive coaching, group coaching and mentoring for Diageo India and build internal coaches through powerful TTT interventions

Inclusion & Diversity :

- Partner with Senior Business Leaders and HR Leadership team in Diageo India, alongside partnering with global I&D team and define our current and future strategy and progressive plans to deliver our I&D ambitions

- Play an active role in the engagement and communications of our I&D progress and plans across the business, including bringing leadership and strategic guidance to our ERGs
