DBSI Bangalore is the newest addition to Diageo's global shared services organization. This new entity will enable Diageo to take further advantage of its presence in India by leveraging its business services operations and networks.

Responsibilities : The top accountabilities of the role are:

- Accountable for spearheading a shift in information security awareness & behavior at Diageo.

- Accountable for managing the IM&S cyber security Outreach annual program end-to-end

- Accountable for effective engagement with key stakeholders (e.g. CC&E, IM&S Risk Specialist, IM&S LT, ISSC members, HR) to ensure that key business requirements are the basis of the security awareness program and so activities are prioritized and fit-for-purpose.

- Accountable for continuous improvement of the cyber security awareness program through measurement & reporting of key activities

- Design a fit-for-purpose annual IM&S Outreach program complete with effective plans to engage with all Diageo employees and trusted third parties and so raise capability and understanding to help protect Diageo's information assets and reputation. Design measure, use KPIs to drive performance - data driven

- As part of the IM&S Outreach program, develop and drive further embedding of the IM&S Global Policies, Standards & Guidelines (PSGs) into Markets by working with the GDBS Community and IM&S Policy Champions to ensure the right messages get to Diageo employees at the right time

- Work with IM&S SMEs, Compliance and Risk and Controls personnel to ensure that appropriate Outreach content is developed for all Diageo employees and trusted third parties

- Identify high risk/key groups within Diageo which need additional security training on an annual basis, develop relevant content, deliver the training to a defined schedule and measure the corresponding improvement in understanding and behaviors

- Utilise Diageo's Mosaic and Yammer environments to engage Diageo employees with key IM&S messages to ensure they understand the value of Diageo's information and how to protect it

- Define, track and report relevant security awareness metrics to provide GDBS Management with regular status updates on the Outreach program throughout the annual cycle and on the improvement in security behaviours and culture at Diageo.

- Ensure that the risk to Diageo is reduced from phishing by running an effective phishing test campaign (to include targeted training) and measure improvement over time using the Phishing Preparedness Index (PPI)

We are looking for:

We are looking for an IT professional with a university degree with 8+ years of total experience and 5+ years of experience into Cyber security awareness and training. Prior experience in creating security awareness, security content management is a must. Strong knowledge of cyber security is strongly preferred. Very strong in both written and verbal communication skills is a must. Ability to design the training and communications, visually effective security content in attractive way is a must. The individual must be willing to work in EMEA Shift timings - Bangalore evening hours
