Purpose of the role :

To ensure a high level of people productivity in the supply function through harmonious Industrial Relations(IR) and employee motivation. The objective of the role is to support the Field HR Head in achieving business outcomes for the region by partnering with a very positive solution-centric approach to employee needs and challenges. The role is responsible for managing the human resources function at a plant/unit level ensuring all key HR parameters and harmonious relations with blue-collar employees is maintained.

Experience:

6- 8 years- experience in a factory/Manufacturing unit

Knowledge and Skills:

- Strong management and administrative acumen

- Strong interpersonal skills

- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment

- Strong work ethic and a personal commitment to high-quality deliverables

- Positive attitude and high on energy

- Proficient knowledge in Indian Labour Laws with operational experience in IR for manufacturing units.

- Should have strong Learning & Development / OD exposure to Support leadership

- Can influence and manage perceptions at regional management levels

- Is politically savvy

- Advise the team on how best to mitigate high-pressure situations with minimal risk

- Likes taking on roles which are operationally intensive

- Can build a strong team
