Job title: Senior Manager - Corporate Strategy

Location - Bangalore

Desirable Qualification & Work Experience:

-MBA from top tier university preferred

- 5+ years of Corporate Strategy (design and delivery)

Good to have Knowledge/Skills/Exposure :

- Expertise in project management and delivering transformational projects

- Has a strong working knowledge of management strategies, financial accounting, planning

- Superior business acumen, communication, interpersonal, influencing and relationship-building skills

-Support the Strategy Lead in identifying project teams, preparation of detailed plans for each functional objective as well as ensuring feasibility of the plans along with the functional owners.

- Plan, schedule and manage senior management meetings, prepare and distribute the agenda and review frameworks, gather and ensure relevant and actionable performance review information for strategic priorities.

- Lead complex, high value projects with minimal guidance & ensure the relevant program structures exist to enable all programs to operate within the functional vertical
