Position: Productivity - PMO (Supply)
PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
This role is responsible for identifying, implementing and monitoring key projects to drive efficiency and performance in the Supply function.
TYPICAL ROLE REQUIREMENTS :
Qualification: - MBA in Strategy and Operations or Finance
Experience: - 7-10 years of industry or consulting experience with project management experience.
Knowledge & skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Project Management and related tools
- Experience of various sectors
- Knowledge of Industry best practices
- Prior experience of working in a fast paced environment in the area of Growth strategy, Business process improvement, and Strategic cost reduction

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :
Project Management :
- Work with senior leadership to define, launch and drive strategic projects to improve overall supply performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to test alternative solutions for business and track execution
- Track and align stakeholders across verticals on productivity projects that would drive cost reduction.
Process :
- Responsible for setting up regular review processes for the functions
- Implement Diageo best practices in USL and align the team with them
- Drive above country reporting and review calls with Global Supply Director
- Assist in goal setting, KPI finalization and tracking them on regular basis
Other initiatives :
- Support in designing and implementing strategic road map for overall supply function considering both medium and long term scenario in alignment with the overall organization's objective and vision.
- Help drive cost efficiencies across the Supply function.
