PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role is responsible for developing a strategy, activation plan that delivers on the business ambitions for the category across channels. The role focuses on developing the channel strategy to win in the market place.
Qualification: MBA with Marketing Specialization
Experience:
- 8-10 years experience in sales, marketing or customer marketing functions
- Worked in FMCG/Alcohol Beverage industry
Knowledge & skills:
- Proven leadership skills, a strategic mindset, a passion for innovation and agile responsiveness
- Channel Partnership related experience
- Decisive & effective problem-solving ability
- Very strong analytical skills both qualitative & quantitative
- Detail orientation, strong organizational skills
- Proven communication and presentation skills
- Strong ROI orientation

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
Planning & Development
- Formulate & periodically review 'ways of working' of the promoter management program
- Develop M&E criterion for the program
- Provide insights to the brand & customer marketing teams, to optimize promoter deployment plans across channels
- Develop brand and soft skill training manuals in consultation with the agency & the brand teams
Data Analysis
- Analyze & share data with relevant stakeholders to evaluate performance basis - MS, Vol. growth, 3rd party QDVP3 scores, performance hygiene standards (man-hour utilization, ways of working, PJP adherence, etc.)
- Identify & trigger improvements in concern areas through training programs conducted by relevant USL and agency stakeholders
Supervision
- Ensure all legal and financial compliance norms are adhered to
- Engage and help resolve any issues/conflict pertaining to ways of working, between agency and USL stakeholders
- Ensuring hygiene maintenance and utilization of the data available on the BI portal
- Do sample check of invoices, bills to ensure adherence to budget
Review
- Periodic performance review on set M&E norms with the Agency and internal stakeholders
- Engage and navigate new roll outs in terms of either new territories or projects
- Plan and share the SLAs and work schedule with stakeholders
- Ensure OTIF (On Time In Full) of key deliverables
- Training and integrating the existing teams with the new ways of working
