Job purpose : The purpose of the role is to ensure effective outsourced service delivery across finance vendors

Size : Financial: 20 - 30 Cr per annum of cost managed.

Non Financial: Vendors with 100-150 FTEs in total

Other Roles/Teams WITHIN the Function : Controller and Controllership organization across Treasury, Tax, Reporting, Controls FP&R and Commercial finance, Finance Transformation, I T

Divisions/ Departments OUTSIDE the Function : Supply, Demand Support

External Interface :

- Auditors

- Outsourced Vendors

Qualification : B.Com, MBA Finance

Exp : 6+ years post qualification experience

Knowledge & skills :

- Previous experience in effectively and efficiently managing outsourcing vendors

- Knowledge of finance shared services

- Knowledge of technology tools

- Knowledge of change management

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY :

Ongoing outsourced service delivery :

Serve as a single point of contact for Diageo India / outsourced vendor interactions for ongoing service delivery

- Serve as first point of escalation for service delivery issues with outsourced vendor.

Responsible for coordinating with vendor to solve escalations

- Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) on ongoing basis to ensure that agreed thresholds are achieve. Work with outsourced vendor(s) to improve delivery against SLAs

- Monitor costs of outsourcing engagements against contractual committments, including productivity. Own and deliver costs at or under budgets & outsourcing business case

- Implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across outsourced vendors including weekly, monthly and quarterly reviews

- Ensure pro-active input into preventative actions to address delivery risks

- Record exceptions and lapses in relation to outsourcing governance and escalate to Head - Finance Transformation

- Work with outsourced vendor(s) to identify potential productivity opportunities including automation

- Own Diageo India side of all productivity initiatives, and work with Finance Transformation team for implementation process changes

- Own and deliver annual productivity target for outsourced service delivery
