Desirable Qualification & Work Experience:

- 8-10 years- experience in handling commercial transactions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for preparation of daily customer wise OS and following up with the field for OS and collections
- Review credit blocks daily by coordinating with the distillery
- Manage daily deposits of cheques and collections and report the same day to the shared service center
- Monitor and check for RASP, LASP and S&D claims
- Responsible for account reconciliation of customers and resolve customer dispute
- Ensure monthly MIS reporting to the RPC OS
- Maintain LR and statutory audit schedules
- Support the Cluster Head with appropriate finance business partnering
- Assist with the annual SOX risk based scoping process, at the account and process level
- Update and maintain process documentation/flowcharts and controls and where necessary perform walkthroughs to validate the existing SOX documentation and ensure that any changes are implemented
- Identify potential SOX implications of changes in the control environment
- Perform remediation testing of internal controls to ensure timely completion and compliance with the annual SOX test plan
- Work with internal and external auditors to assist and coordinate audit timing, results of management and remediation testing and SOX reporting
- Responsible for maintaining and updating all aspects of the internal SOX reporting System
- Support in the creation and implementation of effective governance, compliance and risk management frameworks across the company to drive holistic performance and maintain reputation
- Ensure pro-active input into preventative actions to address key business risks
Support for resolution of issues and proactively create an environment where risk is avoided
