Role: Executive Recruiter
Experience: 4-8 years of experience with Executive Hiring
Requirements of the role include-
- Full cycle recruitment for full-time, contractual and temporary roles.
- Maintain excellent relationship with Stakeholders to ensure smooth process of acquiring good talent.
- Proactively seek, pre-screen, interview, and test applicants to locate qualified employees for job openings.
- Remodel job descriptions to ensure accuracy and legislative adherence.
- Advise hiring managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates, in advance, by maintaining an extensive and up-to-date database of available candidates.
- Conduct research, develop talent pipeline and work with the business to forecast headcount requirements
