What does this role hold for you ? - Facilitate HR Process and Operations audit according to Management policies. - Carry out the Background verification and Exit Management. - Coordinate with vendor for all statutory compliance PF, PT, ESI, Superannuation & Gratuity. - Implement the latest amendment and notification pertaining to labor and employment law at an organizational level and manage the labor inspection. - Manage service level agreements and client contract covering all HR statutory regulations. - Provide support to the relevant stakeholders about the relevant laws and clarification. - Track HR Compliance and Update changes in Employment and labor laws on the online portal. - Co- ordinate the monthly submissions of onsite Labor Compliance Audits like Indemnity Bond / Undertaking Letter / Declaration Letter / Compliance Certificates along with preparation of audit reports. - Collaborate work with the legal team, Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partner and other stakeholders for implementing HR Compliance solutions. Apply if you have : - MBA with a specialization in Human Resources. - Willing to travel to Bhiwandi on weekly basis. - Hands on in Labor Laws, HR compliances and statutory activities - Strong understanding of PF, ESI, TDS, and Wages Acts. - Experience in contract labour management. - Advanced knowledge of MS- Excel, HR reporting tools.
