Scope of work : Monitoring DC Performance of 42 Distribution Centre across SAPMENA Zone, Analytics, Reporting's.

Reporting to : Head PD & Supply Network - SAPMENA

KEY COMPETENCIES-

- Very Strong command over PowerPoint, Excel, Project Management is must have.

- Strong analytical skills and ability to understand, organize and analyze large data sets.

- Excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to work in a cross-functional environment

- Good communication and presentation skills

- Power BI & Automation Strategies for Warehousing

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Define, Collate, Analyze Data relating to Warehousing, 3PL, Teams and Strategic Pillars for DC's for SAPEMNA ZONE

- Build Power BI on Data Analytics.

- Close Monitoring on DC Cost, Preparing Monthly Dashboard, Gap Analysis and Action Plant by Countries.

- Monitoring Productivity at Each DC and Comparison between all Countries.

- Data Compilation on EHS, Safety, Sustainability, Solidarity Initiative by Country. Capture Key Project and Gaps vs Budgeted/Target.

- Prepare Monthly Newsletter & Quarterly Webinar

- RFQ & Tender Playbook follow up on Upcoming Tender

- Project Management in Upcoming NEW DC Setup and close follow up with Country on Each Milestone progress

- Budget Compilation for Warehousing Vertical for all countries of SAPMENA and Monthly Gap Analysis

- External 3PL Management ( Data Collection, Market Analytics)
