 Job Family-  Solutions Design

Role Purpose - Design complex and commerically viable solution through consultative approach involving senior leadership

- Lead re engineering of current process /set up to sustain cost competitiveness/value competitiveness

- Lead a team of GSDC solution designer and consultants to effectively deliver GSDC service portfolio

- Part of GSDC Management team to develop new GSDC service portfolio and effectively communicate GSDC mission and vision to its partners

Key Tasks, Accountabilities and Responsibilities :

- Lead complex solution design consultatively with senior leaders

- Model current and future complex scenarios with little or no support

- People Management of GSDC Solution Designer, Consultants and Business Analyst

- Train and Develop new joiness/Management trainees in solution design work

- Recruit talented new joinees in GSDC

- Key Accountabilities Regional objectives on EBIT/Budget

- Renewal/New Business won as a result of of solution design activities

- Customer satisfaction survey

- Employee Engagement Survey

- Responsibilities Measurement Criteria / KPIs

- Customer Maintains effective relationship with customers and Cluster Solution Design leads Net Promoter Score (NPS)

- Focus on customer needs and gain their commitment E: NPS > 0, T: NPS >25, M: NPS >50

- Effectively partner with customers(internal/external) to understand the business objectives

- Stakeholder - Regular review and communication of progress against objectives Regular feedback by stakeholder

- Process Peer review of solution design done of GSDC solution designer and effectively provide them required training On time responding to customers timeline

- Encouarge and guide the team to generate and update documents for knowledge management for completed projects Documented Solutions

- Provide guidance to Innovate and improve in working practices faciltating to the development of overall methodology

- Effectively manage relationship with regional solution design,COE and Business development to deliver the solution

- People - Management - Engagement with team to deliver on GSDC mission and vision Employee Engagement Survey

Requirements for the Job :

- Divisional Experience Knowledge of warehousing and broader supply chain elements and how each elements is linked with another

- Strong knowledge of logistics business

- Client Management & cross culture adaptation

- People Management

- Functional Experience Experience in Complex Transport Design

- Understanding of modeling and simulation tools like Workwave/Llamasoft/CAST

- Commercially astute

- Strong customer communication skills

- Geographical Experience Ability to work out remotely in cross cultural environment

Education / Qualification / Certification Requirements :

- Postgraduate in Supply Chain management/Operation Management from A-Grade Institute/University with graduation in Engineering

Language Level :

Language Requirements - Business English - Advanced
