A. This position exists to ensure the following:

- Develop relationship with Corporate Pvt.accounts, PSU- s, NBFC- s, Affinity groups & Insurance brokers and other BFSI distributor in the given geography

- Manage the business relationship between DPLI and Identified Corporate accounts, PSU- s, NBFC- s, Affinity groups & Insurance brokers and other BFSI distributors.

- Responsible for breaking into new Key accounts.

- Managing profitable relationships with Key accounts.

- Managing consistent productivity and Delivering against targets.

B. Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and implement account strategies - Develop account strategies and sales objectives linked with identified key accounts - Develop a strategic approach to account management and customer relationships - Identify quick win opportunities and involve critical Organizational resources to maximize the revenue from both segments for these accounts - Create support processes that fulfill customer expectations and facilitate best practice key account management Increasing account revenue and profitability - Cross selling by identifying the avenues within the client base to generate new and higher level of profit

2. Driving sales efforts - Draw up account coverage plan in line with the large account coverage strategy & meet sales targets - Demonstrate efficiency and commitment to sales/ account management processes - Provide accurate and complete information for customer proposal - Demonstrate effectiveness of DLF Prameica Life solutions

3. Building market Competitiveness - Identify and penetrate accounts as the - First-to-access- Enhance the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate with key decision makers - Develop account management strategies resulting in preferential situations with the key decision makers - Develop business strength in the accounts to create entry barriers for competition - Provide market intelligence

4. Managing results - Demonstrate consistency and maturity in sales forecasting processes - Build stronger value-added customer relationships leading to increased revenues - Coordinate with the key resources and existing relationships to augment sales - Achievement of targets: Sales budget, activity targets, penetration, standardization and customer preference levels

5. Providing feedback - Ensure all reports are consistent in quality: accurate, complete and on time - Ensure preparedness for scheduled account reviews - Maintain updated performance and account management documentation
