Job Summary:

Job Description: To lead the Taxation function for the Company and its associates

Designation: Chief Manager/Se Chief Manager/AVP

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Should be able to handle and control Tax Function of the group.

2. Must have significant experience in the preparation and submission of tax returns and related statutory financial statements

3. Should be able to handle GST Compliance, Direct Tax including Corporate Tax, Individual Tax, DTAA, Tax Treaty, and TDS

4. Should be able to deal with Income Tax authorities for assessments.

5. Must be specialized in Indirect tax (Service tax, VAT, GST) including provisions related to CENVAT Credit, etc.

6. Knowledge of all Statutory Compliances in both direct and indirect tax area is must.

7. Must have handled Tax Audit & Service tax audit.

8. Must have excellent numeric and problem solving skills with attention to detail and be proactive in approach to your work.

9. Relationship building with Consultants and Tax departments and Team management

10. Should be able to design and recommend changes in IT system for smooth compliance of direct and Indirect taxes.

Qualification: Chartered Accountant with 8-10 years of experience in the area of taxation and accounts.
