Position: OPERATIONS MANAGER

Experience: 0-4 years

Location: Ivory Coast (Africa)

Education: MBA & B.E in Mechanical preferred.

Job description:

- An operations manager needs to ensure smooth operation of various processes.

- Perform special tasks as assigned.

- The manager may interact with the employees, prepare reports on the current condition of logistics, and decide on the next course of action.

- To implement and execute a detailed project execution plan and to adapt this project plan to mitigate changes in the project risk profile

Implement engineering, procurement, manufacturing and quality strategy.

- Develop and oversee budgets, plans and programs to strive Responsibilities towards the optimal utilization of available facility resources necessary for the plant to provide the best service.

- Would be driving projects at all sites in operations India and if needed for global sites as well.

- This position reports to the Managing Director and is responsible for overall production, planning, process quality, coordination and execution of outsourced component production and delivery

- Should be willing to travel to Dubai & Mumbai etc. as and when required.

Note: Candidate should have experience in production/manufacturing Industry & French is an added advantage.
