Manager/Senior Manager - Operations & Strategy  We are a privately held mining group of companies with Operations across India, Dubai, Singapore and West Africa.  The candidate will be based out of Mumbai office and will be supporting the Directors in day to day operations, sales, finance and strategy related decisions.  He/she should be an MBA from tier 1 institutes with minimum 2 years of experience, with strong communication skills, ability to multi-task and an eagerness to learn and grow quickly within the organisation. The candidate would initially be groomed in the overall operations of the company to get a flavour of the entire business and would eventually be given to opportunity to lead global operations in a particular field.  Job Profile :   Sales / Marketing :   - Oversee domestic sale for Manganese (Ore)  - Develop sales channels and customers for Timber business  - Overseeing General Foreign Trade operations   Finance / Strategy :  - Debt / Equity fund raising  - Project finance, trade finance  - Managing ongoing banking relationships  - Financial planning and strategy at group level  Operations :   - Oversee development of new projects right from inception to execution stage  - Ensure smooth functioning of ongoing projects  Candidates presently located at Mumbai preferred or those who are available to immediately attend a meeting at Mumbai.
