Role & Responsibility -

Developing Social Media Strategy:

- Responsible for implementing social media strategy in line with the overall Organization strategy.

- Responsible for analyzing and presenting the social media trends/impacts and all other relevant data points to the management to enhance the impact.

- Responsible for developing over all communication/event plan

Content Management:

- Responsible for creating, curating and managing engaging content (text/ audio/video etc. aligned to the media requirements and Organization branding / communication guidelines.

- Responsible for engaging, guiding and supporting with internal stakeholders (employees, DLEs etc.) for creating relevant contents.

Social Media Management

- Responsible for updating and maintaining all the platform as per the communication/event plan.

- Expand company social media presence into new social media platforms, plus increase the presence on existing platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram

- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of media and marketing campaigns

Skills Required -

- Excellent with creative concepts

- Great writing/editing skills

- Good with relationship & account management

- Advanced knowledge of photo and video editing software

- Knowledge of development Sector/Rural Sector knowledge is a major plus
