Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead, development and implement key Supply Chain processes
- Work across key functions/verticals to implement the business strategy, validate forecast accuracy and methodology, provide input to inventory strategy, and align financial/business plans with operations plans
- Design, develop and provide visibility and communication on sales, demand, distribution, and supply trends in support of business growth
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the optimal balance between customer service levels and inventory asset utilization is met through the S&OP process
- Review demand by business team / geographic region. Support and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on business strategies
- Drive S&OP planning to support actions that meet and exceed annual objectives on quality performance, cost savings, inventory goals and customer service
- Perform supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies
- Improve overall customer service by enhancing visibility and real time tracking for all orders (inbound/outbound) to sales/category/customers
- Maintain detailed MIS for operational performance analysis and internal/external auditing at regular intervals
- Manage documentation of approvals, sales invoices, purchase orders, purchase invoices, credit / debit notes, delivery challans
- Ensure better, faster and swift management of replacements in terms of reverse logistics, record keeping, vendor verifications and returns, distribution return dispatches
Other Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or supply chain related field
- 5+ years experience in supply chain planning and inventory management in a complex global manufacturing or distribution environment
- Specific long-term experience in the areas of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning and Materials Management
