Dharma Life - Manager/Assistant Manager - Quantitative Research

Primary Responsibilities :

- Analyze Dharma Life's research projects and align them with the correct statistical tools

- Conceptualize and design sound business solutions using data analytics

- Optimally direct statistical applications and provide insights. Review data for errors and inconsistencies and summarize the data for the production of tables, charts & graphs

- Engage in proposal writing and research reports with minimal supervision, idea generation and research design and ensure quality in results

- Prepare inputs and runs forecasting models and develop forecast summaries

- Prepare initial client correspondence. Interact with client staff on routine issues and attends client meetings and presentations

- Work extensively with the field team to gather relevant data about the rural market. Provide a compelling narrative and insights behind raw data to meet internal and external objectives

- Using research insights, provide business recommendations on new products, causes and initiatives

- Study global trends in the rural space and share best practices and insights

Desired Skills & Experience :

- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

- At least 2 years of experience in quantitative research with expertise in research design and data analysis

- Ability to conduct statistical analysis using SPSS/SAS

- Ability to understand business issues and thus design appropriate research to meet the business needs

- Advanced written analysis, quantitative forecasting and excellent communication and presentation skills
