TPM program management Planning: Liaise with the TPM consultant to prepare an overall TPM master plan along with targets for the unit; recommend the plan to Functional Head and Unit Head Activities : - Lead the TPM activities/ initiatives of the unit (new and improvement), provide guidance and drive result through pillar ownership delegation - Guide and support the pillar leads in implementing TPM initiatives to drive continuous improvement for safety, quality, productivity, service, employee involvement and performance - Facilitate why why analysis for all breakdowns in the unit along with HOD and engineer of the section; prepare a report and share with Unit head, HOD and Section head - Ensure that TPM standards for the various production and related activities and processes are followed Meetings: - Organize and lead pillar meetings, reviews and small group activities to ensure that work is properly integrated and that progress is on track; support TPM members with their action plan Horizontal deployment: - Liaise with other Units to understand the TPM initiatives undertaken and share good practices with concerned pillar lead and unit head; explore the possibility of implementing them at the Unit Reports: - Collect TPM related data from all team members as per consultant guidelines and track all activities to include schedules, timelines, projects, benefits, etc. - Prepare a report by analyzing the data and evaluating the results on productivity, cost and efficiency achieved through TPM; present the report to management TPM communication: - Design and distribute the TPM newsletters on a regular basis highlighting key activities, upcoming plans and events and key milestones achieved at the unit - Send regular e-mails, posters and notices to promote the TPM philosophy and awareness at the Unit (in consultation with the External Consultant) Training: - Liaise with consultant to plan and conduct TPM trainings (combination of educational presentations and case studies) to create awareness and provide actionable learning Liaise with consultant to plan and conduct TPM trainings (combination of educational presentations and case studies) to create awareness and provide actionable learning Audit: - Coordinate and facilitate external audits by external auditors Coordinate and conduct internal TPM audits in the unit - Coordinate and facilitate external audits by external auditors
