- Prepare 2 years / 5 Years Business Strategy in changing Business Cycle & discuss with vc / Other Directors and implement.

- Analyze regulatory amendments pertaining to the industry

- Coordinate with business unit heads for business performance against business plan/ annual targets.

- Organize & ensure weekly department review highlighting critical issues for VC's reference & consideration.
