- Managing complex procurement projects within operations in India to ensure alignment between costs, commercial needs and operational execution.
- Being accountable for integrating Contract Management frameworks to help ensure cost leadership, compliance and best in class supplier performance.
- Accountability for problem solving, analytical work, and driving insights from this to procurement and business functions
- Meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns.
- Leading negotiations and coordinating Service Level Agreements between company and its suppliers.
- Performing supplier market analysis and organizing market intelligence.
- Cooperating closely with colleagues within the region
- Establishing standards by which to assess the performance of approved vendors.
- Evaluating current vendor management programs and identifying ways to improve them.
