Looking to hire for DGM-U&R for a leading telecom company, position will be based at Ahmedabad.

The purpose of the job is:

- To reduce overall suspended base by devising new/innovative processes, tools , system & people capability and to ensure improved trends in customer retention & win-back by controlling churn within operating plans of the overall business.

The ownership of end to end performance will lie at the desk of retentions head encompassing from Acquisition programmes, Pre Suspension Programs, Control Suspension entry and drive suspension recovery from live bucket to win back portfolio.

Ring fence retention strategy for Revenue enhancement by launching programs for both customers and partners

To ensure all enabler’s for success of retention strategy for customer experience are planned and executed to ensure delivery of EBIDTA thru effective cost control.

Develop and manage innovative solutions and scalable processes to make the Retention programmes for all the products as benchmark processes in the industry.
