1. Manage a build a strong telemarketing team for the organization with Team leaders, trainers and quality analysts
2. Intervene for Training the team on product and selling techniques and implement best practices across the industry for training and call quality.
3. Manage Productivity and performance.
4. Manage Telemarketing business and will be responsible for P and L of the Telemarketing Business.
5. Work closely with campaign management and IT Teams in order to implement important initiatives pertaining to campaigns and technology.
6. Drive a performance culture within the team and set up strong sustainable processes.
7. Manage stake holders and liaise with Regional heads and area heads to get best conversions on no. of leads generated.
