CTC : Industry Norm, 20 L to 24 L

Years of Experience : CA with 7-10 years post qualification exp in tax

Location : Mumbai.

Industry Type : Ites/ BPO

Department : Corporate Finance Team

Shift : UK shift, 5 days a week

Role Description & Prerequsites

1. The person should have good leadership skills and should be capable, knowledgeable and have the aptitude to handle broad areas of Taxation and Allied Regulatory matters.

2. He should have relevant experience and expert knowledge about Transfer Pricing, Assessment/Appellate Procedures, International Taxation, VAT/ Service Tax Provisions and Tax compliances in India.

3. He should have done his training from a reputed firm and should have worked in a big multinational company in a managerial position for at least 3+ years.

4. He should have experience in legal interpretations, research and drafting/ reviewing of legal submissions.

5. He should be capable of appearing before Senior Tax Authorities with confidence.

6. He should have a good insight in to and be fully updated about the developments in the fields of finance & accounts and taxation around the world especially the proposed changes in the Indian Tax and Corporate laws such as the new Direct Tax code, GST and IFRS implementation.
