Key Expectations:
- Ensure SMART Capability Building assessment & delivery of the Training & Capability building initiatives for CPD employees thru Corporate H R Team.
- Ensure Qualitative Life Cycle actions for CPD employees thru the Corporate H R Team.
- Own & Drive the Talent Management - Employee Engagement framework across the CPD business.
- Act as a business partner, towards achieving Business objectives.
- Responds to unique HR needs of the Business by Reaching-Out & delivering a Strong & Effective Field Connect.
- Delivers HR guidance and service across levels by bridging service delivery between Employees and Corporate HR.
- Builds and sustains a high-performance culture around organizational values within the Business.
