Roles & Responsibilities:
Talent Management Person will manages the coordination of Performance Management and other Talent Management practices to achieve business goals and create a high performance work culture. The resource is a member of the Corporate team who works in alignment with the Business HR and Regional HR teams to implement various Talent Management initiatives and ensure compliance and adherence to our Corporate practices.
1. Work with the Business HR & Regional HR teams and ensure compliance & adherence of critical Performance Management activities like KRA Setting, Reviews & Feedbacks, Year-end Reviews, and normalization for the organization across Regions.
2. Coordinate with line and HR during implementation of other Talent Management practices like Talent Conclave, Managing HIPOs, Succession Management, and Reward & Recognition
3. Talent Management Analytics as per requirement of the organization
4.Development of talent management programs, systems, and processes to support the business from time to time. Identify and / or implement industry best practices of Talent Management as a continuous improvement initiative
Qualification:
Min 10+ years of core HR experience in specialized roles in the domain of Performance Management / Talent Management / OD in multi-national organizations of repute.
