DGM - Supply Chain - Telecom

The Role is the bridge between Circle material requirements, Center Sourcing Strategy, and the Vendor Ecosystem.

By virtue of being the role responsible for all material planning, delivery, and reconciliations on an ongoing basis, the role is the sole Operational Head for ensuring business continuity

The role includes providing on ground support around sourcing, material, rollout, Site acquisition, operational support, liasioning. Circle operations includes key activities as outlined below:

1. Material : Ordering to delivery of material at WH and Site across circle

2. Sourcing : Supply/ services for circle level requirement

3. Site acquisition for marketing and network purposes

4. Leading WOW activities at circle and support Opex reduction

5. Arrange custom clearance, warehousing and providing deliveries

6. Ordering, partner payouts and grievance control for partners

7. Monitor owned facilities across respective circle

8. Interfacing with circle leadership team and leading and participating circle level

9) Operations planning to support rollout and work with NW team to meet rollout objective

10) Conceptualize, develop and drive operational efficiencies and partner management in order to significantly enhance the business performance

11) Alignment with NW for material procurement and movement

12) Resolution of issues within circle and re-aligning partners to support ground level activities
